TamTam is compatible with any IP phone that supports the SIP protocol:

• Softphones: you can install in your computer a software application that allows you to make and receive calls. To use them only need a computer and a headset. They have the disadvantage that requires the computer to be turned on in order to make/receive calls.
• ATA adapters: are small hardware adapters that convert any conventional analog telephone in a IP one, enabling it to connect to an Ethernet network. They are usually quite affordable.
• IP phones: phones that instead of connect to the traditional telephone network, they do to the Ethernet network of your office.
