What is TamTam?

TamTam is a PBX hosted on Internet. Instead of traditional voice systems installed on premisse, TamTam doesn't require installation or additional cabling: you can use your existing LAN.

In order to use TamTam you need an IP phone, an analog to IP adapter or installing a software phone on your computer. Also you will need a broadband connection to the Internet.

 How is the PBX managed?

The great advantage of TamTam is that you don't need technical skills to configure your PBX.

TamTam provides you with a control panel to configure the number of extensions of your company, the routing of the incoming calls, extension groups, voice interactive menus... All is handled in a really intuitive way and accesible from any web browser. 

Dialplan editor

TamTam gives you several components that can be joined like the pieces of a Lego to create your own voice system. Drag, drop and join the components. TamTam will automatically route the calls according to your design.

Customize your PBX

Do you want to receive your voicemail messages in MP3 in your email account? Do you need to set your own corporate music while your customers wait at the phone? With TamTam you can do this and more with a couple of clicks.

Public numbers

Your customers need to communicate effectively with you. TamTam provides you with numbers from your city and up to 5000 other cities around the world. You can rent numbers for your own business requirements and cancel them later, for marketing campaings or other special one-offs.

Call logs

TamTam allows you to control the costs of your calls in real time. Also, you'll be able to tag your calls in order to make searches later and listen or download them in MP3 format.

Extensions
Each PBX user has its own control panel where they can listen to ther voicemail messages, tag their calls and forward all the calls to their cell phone when out of the office.
