What is TamTam?
TamTam is a PBX hosted on Internet. Instead of traditional voice systems installed on premisse, TamTam doesn't require installation or additional cabling: you can use your existing LAN. In order to use TamTam you need an IP phone, an analog to IP adapter or installing a software phone on your computer. Also you will need a broadband connection to the Internet. How is the PBX managed?The great advantage of TamTam is that you don't need technical skills to configure your PBX. TamTam provides you with a control panel to configure the number of extensions of your company, the routing of the incoming calls, extension groups, voice interactive menus... TamTam allows you to control the costs of your calls in real time. Also, you'll be able to tag your calls in order to make searches later and listen or download them in MP3 format.
